The video booth records short video messages: congratulations, statements and creative greetings. A good fit for parties, trade fair appearances and social media posts.
The video booth is a slim pillar with a touchscreen where your guests record video messages: congratulations at a wedding, a statement at a trade fair stand or a spontaneous greeting to colleagues. One tap on the screen starts the recording, up to 90 seconds per clip. A microphone is built into the unit, so spoken messages are recorded too, and the clip is captured in portrait format in Full HD and arrives on the guest's phone via QR code or email seconds later.
In Vienna, delivery, setup, configuration and takedown are included in the price – whether your event is at a venue in the city centre, a hotel on the outskirts or a hall in the surrounding area. Outside Vienna a travel fee applies, stated transparently in your quote; we work throughout Austria. Setup takes no more than an hour, takedown around 30 minutes. The booth runs unattended by default, on-site support can be booked as an optional extra, and after the event you receive all recorded videos.
The video booth belongs to our Classic Line and needs barely a square metre of floor space, because no printer is built in. In Vienna it is booked above all for weddings as a video guest book, for corporate parties and for trade fair appearances. If you would like printed keepsakes as well, the Photobooth Classic is the natural companion; and if you want the camera to spin around your guests, the 360° Video Booth is the device for that.

Spoken messages instead of still images. Guests record short clips: congratulations, statements, spontaneous messages. A voice and a face in motion stay in memory far longer than a still image.
Ready for social media. The clip lands on the guest's phone seconds after recording and can be shared straight from there, with no step in between.
Compact and unobtrusive. The slim pillar needs no printer and only about one square metre of floor space, so it also finds room on trade fair stands and in crowded venues.

The photo booth was the highlight of our company party. It was great fun. I can only recommend it. Fiestapics organised everything very professionally and with great customer service. We did not have to take care of anything — the booth was there ready to use and really easy to operate, with lots of fun features. And it was picked up promptly afterwards. Great service, thank you!
The communication, the setup and the support on the wedding day, as well as the collection, were excellent and completely straightforward! Even last-minute changes beforehand were no problem. The quality of the photos and of the booth is first class! We will definitely recommend it to our next couples again!
The personal customer service is excellent, the print formats can be personalised (png file), delivery and collection work flawlessly, and there was enough printing paper for a whole ball night!
The photo booth was not only very modern, with colourful lights and an LED flash — the printed result was impressive too! Lots of layouts to choose from and plenty of fun props made the photo booth the highlight of my birthday party! I was looked after perfectly and everything worked out.
The photo booth was the highlight of our company party. Delivery and collection worked out great, everything was handled very professionally. We can only recommend Fiestapics!

Outside Vienna there are travel costs – they depend on the distance and are stated transparently in the quote. We work throughout Austria.
Yes. Straight after recording, the clip goes to the phone via QR code or email – from there it can be forwarded or posted right away.
Yes, and it is particularly well suited to it.
The video booth has five branding areas on the unit – more than any other product we offer. On top of that comes the design inside the software: start screen, frame and overlays carry your logo and your colours.
At trade fairs and brand activations, the slim pillar becomes an exhibit in your own corporate design.
Yes, on one condition: the spot has to be covered.
In rain or strong wind we advise against it – the technology is sensitive to moisture. Let us know when you enquire if you are planning to use it outdoors, and we will clear up the details beforehand.
No. The video booth only records videos – there is no printer built in.
That is exactly what makes it so compact. If you want prints, our Photobooth Classic or the photo mirrors are the right choice; both can be combined with the video booth.
No. We charge per event day, not per hour.
Whether the booth runs for two hours or well into the night makes no difference to the quote – up to twelve hours on the event day are possible. If your event continues the following day, a second event day is added.
The only thing booked by the hour is an attendant on site. On the units that always run attended – 360° Videobooth, 360° Ground Spinner, photo booth robot, AI Sketcher and Photo Mosaic Wall – the standard package includes a fixed number of attended hours, and you can book additional hours on top.
It is not strictly necessary – but we would definitely recommend it.
Recording works offline as well. Sending clips by QR code or email on the spot does need a connection, though. Without a network, guests only get their clips afterwards.
We bring mobile internet with us; a stable network at the venue is the safer option.
Yes. A microphone is built into the unit, so spoken messages are recorded along with the video.
If there is loud music in the room, it helps to position the video booth away from the speakers so voices stay clear. Let us know when you enquire if spoken messages are the main purpose – we will take that into account when we position the booth.
Yes. As the client you receive all recorded videos after the event.
Guests already get their own clip during the event via QR code or email. You additionally receive the complete collection – handy if you want to cut a recap or a highlight reel from it.
Up to 90 seconds per clip.
In practice most messages are much shorter – between 15 and 30 seconds. The maximum length can be set to suit your event in advance: shorter clips keep the queue moving, longer ones give guests room for a proper greeting.
Setup takes us a maximum of one hour, takedown around 30 minutes.
Most of that time goes into delivery, positioning and adjusting to the lighting on site. We are there in good time before the start and take everything down again completely after the event – you do not have to handle a thing.
A standard household socket is enough, and we bring an extension cable with us.
If the power cuts out briefly, the video booth restarts automatically as soon as it is back on – nobody has to step in.
Plan for around 1 × 1 metre of floor space – far less than a photo booth or a magic mirror.
The video booth is a slim pillar with no built-in printer, so the space for one is not needed either. That makes it a fit for trade fair stands, crowded rooms and anywhere floor space is tight.
No. You pay nothing in advance.
We work on the principle of business before pleasure: the invoice comes only after the event, once everything has gone smoothly.
By default the video booth runs unattended – guests operate it themselves, one tap on the screen is all it takes.
We deliver, set up, configure the unit and show you how it works. On-site support can be booked as an optional extra. It is worth it above all at trade fairs and larger corporate events, where someone should actively approach guests. Just mention it when you enquire and we will include it in the quote.
Only to a limited extent. The camera can be tilted, though only so far – for seated guests that is often enough.
Let us know when you enquire if accessibility matters for your event. We will then check in advance whether the video booth is a good fit or whether another device is the better choice.
Yes – video guest book is the occasion, video booth is the device.
Instead of writing in a book, your guests speak their good wishes into the camera. What you end up with is not pages of signatures but voices and faces – the guests who love to talk, and the ones who would never have signed anything.
Some people call the device a video box. It means the same thing: a slim pillar with a touchscreen that records clips of up to 90 seconds. Not to be confused with the 360° Videobooth, where a camera spins around your guests and nobody speaks.
The same as for our other devices:
All background options are optional add-ons and not part of the standard package. What works best depends on the room and the occasion – tell us what your venue looks like when you enquire.
Unlike a physical, fixed background wall, the Magic Greenscreen is an almost magical technical solution. Sophisticated software recognises people, cuts them out and places them onto the background of your choice – as if by magic.
Clips are recorded in portrait format in Full HD.
That means they work on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp without any editing: portrait fills a phone screen completely, and Full HD stays sharp when a clip is forwarded. Each clip can be up to 90 seconds long.
We handle that flexibly and charge no cancellation fees.
The only exception are products for which individually made parts have already been produced – the Photo Mosaic Wall or the AI Sketcher, for instance. In that case only the cost of the printing materials is charged.
Just get in touch as soon as you know. If a replacement date is already fixed, we are happy to hold it for you.
The video booth is a slim pillar where guests record short video clips – congratulations, statements, spontaneous messages.
Unlike a photo booth, the result is not a still image but a film. And unlike the 360° Videobooth, nothing rotates: guests stand in front of it, speak into the camera and get their clip on their phone seconds later.
It comes into its own wherever a message says more than a smile – at weddings as a video guest book, at trade fairs for statements, at company parties for messages to colleagues.
We work around your schedule and are there in good time before the start.
When setting up, we take the lighting on site into account so the clips look good. After the event we take everything down again.
