In Vienna, delivery, setup, and teardown are included in the price. Outside of Vienna, travel costs are added – they depend on the distance and are listed transparently in your quote. We operate all across Austria.

Can I customize the animations?

Yes, we offer customizable animations and brand-specific overlays.

Can the Magic iMirror be branded?

Not on the device itself – the iMirror has no surfaces for decals. Instead, your branding runs digitally: Logo, colors and text appear on the prints and on the start screen of the mirror. If you need branding directly on the device – for a trade show booth or brand activation, say – the Magic Mirror X is the right choice. It offers three branding surfaces.

Can the photo mirrors be used outdoors?

Yes, on one condition: The spot must be covered. We advise against it in rain or high humidity – the camera, screen and printer are sensitive to it. A covered terrace, a tent or a gazebo is perfectly sufficient, though. Let us know when you send your request if you're planning an outdoor setup – then we'll sort out the details in advance.

Does it cost more if the station runs longer?

No. We charge per event day, not per hour. Whether the station runs for two hours or late into the night makes no difference to your quote – up to twelve hours per event day are possible. If your event continues the next day, a second event day is added. The only thing booked by the hour is the on-site attendant. For devices that always run with an attendant – 360° Headspinner, 360° Ground Spinner, photo booth robot, AI Sketcher, and Photo Mosaic Wall – the standard package includes a fixed number of hours, and you can add extra attendant hours on top.

Does the Magic iMirror need an internet connection?

A mobile modem always comes along – you don't need to arrange anything. Where reception is weak, we are happy to use the venue's Wi-Fi. And if there is no network at all, the evening still goes on: taking and printing photos work offline, and digital delivery is completed afterwards.

How big is the Magic Mirror – what are the dimensions of each model?

All dimensions as height × width × depth: Magic Mirror X – 202 × 75 × 27 cm. Magic Mirror Retro – 200 × 92 × 52 cm. Magic iMirror – 180 × 68 × 60 cm. At 27 cm, the Magic Mirror X is the slimmest – so it also fits where there is little depth to work with. The iMirror is the lowest and suits rooms with limited ceiling height. For the setup plus room to move in front of the mirror, allow around 2 × 2 meters for all models. If you are unsure whether it fits at your venue: tell us the conditions and we will advise you on placement.

How do setup and teardown work? Do I need to prepare anything?

You don't have to worry about a thing. We deliver, set up, and pick everything up again – on time, discreetly, and in line with your schedule. All we need is a power outlet nearby. We bring a 10-meter extension cord.

How long does setup take for the Magic iMirror?

Plan on one hour from the time we arrive. The iMirror itself is set up quickly – the time goes into delivery, positioning and adjusting to the lighting on site. We arrive early enough that everything is ready when the party starts. After the event, we handle the full teardown.

How long does the Magic iMirror run at the event?

The standard package runs for up to 12 hours. That means the iMirror covers even long evenings, from the reception to the last round. Setup and pickup are outside of this time – the hours start counting the moment the mirror is ready for your guests.

How many people fit in one photo?

Four is cozy, three is comfortable. The iMirror shoots in portrait format and shows guests at full height – which costs width. For larger group shots, a landscape-format photo booth is the better choice. The live preview shows right away who is in the frame.

How many prints are included with the Magic iMirror?

One roll holds up to 800 photo strips in 5 × 15 cm – if you prefer larger prints, you get 400 postcard-size photos (10 × 15 cm). For longer celebrations, we recommend a second paper roll. You can add one at any time, even at short notice.

How much lead time do you need for the Magic iMirror?

There's no fixed lead time – just send us an inquiry and we'll check the date. For a branded print layout in your look, we allow about a week. Short-notice bookings are possible; in that case we use a ready-made layout from our catalog.

How much space does the Magic iMirror need?

Set up, the mirror measures 68 × 60 × 180 cm (width × depth × height), weighs around 70 kg and is the most compact of our photo mirrors. Allow for an area of roughly 2 × 2 meters so groups of guests have room in front of it. The ceiling should be at least 190 cm high – which means it also fits in rooms where a larger unit would not. For delivery, we need a level, solid surface; a passenger elevator is enough.

Is a deposit required?

No. You don't pay anything up front. We work on the principle of “business before pleasure”: the invoice arrives only after the event, once everything has gone smoothly.

Is an attendant included with the Magic iMirror?

Setup, testing, and a walkthrough are included. An attendant during the event can be added to your booking. The iMirror is self-explanatory: guests tap the mirror surface and are guided through the shot. An attendant is especially worthwhile at large events or when props and prints should be looked after throughout the evening.

Is the Magic iMirror wheelchair accessible?

Of all our photo mirrors, the iMirror is the most accessible: at 180 cm it is the lowest, so the touch area sits correspondingly lower. It stands on the floor and captures guests at full height – guests in wheelchairs are in the frame and trigger the shot themselves. Still, let us know in your inquiry if accessibility matters for your event.

What happens if my event is canceled or postponed?

We handle this flexibly and charge no cancellation fees. The only exception is products for which custom-made parts have already been produced – for example with the Photo Mosaic Wall or the AI Sketcher. In that case, only the cost of the print materials is charged. Just get in touch as soon as you know. If a new date is already set, we'll gladly hold it for you.

What is the difference between the Magic Mirror X, Retro and iMirror?

Technically, these three Magic Mirrors are on the same level – they deliver the same experiences, the same effects, the same image quality. The difference lies in form factor, size and look. All dimensions as height × width × depth: Magic Mirror X – 202 × 75 × 27 cm, clean modern look, the right choice when floor space is tight. Magic Mirror Retro – 200 × 92 × 52 cm with a gold frame, the most striking of the three and a fit for balls and weddings. Magic iMirror – 180 × 68 × 60 cm, making it the most compact, ideal when ceiling height is limited. All three are pure photo mirrors: they take photos, let guests edit them right on the mirror and print them. AI transformations of guests like Cartoon, Face Swap or Oldify are not part of them. If you want exactly those AI effects, the AI Magic Mirror is the right device. It is a separate product and not to be confused with the three models here.

What power supply does the photo mirror need?

A standard household outlet is all it takes, and we bring an extension cord. If the power goes out briefly, the mirror restarts automatically as soon as it comes back on – no one needs to step in.

What props and costumes can be booked?

Props can be booked as packages or you can bring your own. We offer: – small packages – large packages – special packages (e.g. for holiday parties or themed events) Since props are often taken home as keepsakes, they're billed as flat-rate packages. Missing individual items are not charged afterwards.

Where do I find the photos after the event?

Right at the mirror, and afterwards. Guests scan the QR code or have their photo sent by email or text message – before they even step away from the mirror. After the event, you receive a download link with all the photos. If you like, you can add an online gallery; at corporate events, this is often skipped for privacy reasons.

Which events is the Magic iMirror suited for?

Anywhere space is tight. The iMirror is 180 cm tall, making it our only mirror that also fits under low ceilings. It's booked mainly for weddings in smaller halls, birthdays, corporate events, and trade show booths – in other words, wherever a large device would dominate the room. On larger floors with heavy foot traffic, the Magic Mirror X makes more of an impression.

Renting the Magic iMirror in Vienna – what you get

The Magic iMirror is the most compact of our three mirror booths: 180 cm tall, 68 cm wide, 60 cm deep, around 70 kg. A Canon DSLR and a studio flash are built into the housing. Your guests see themselves full-length in the mirror, tap the surface, pose – and hold the finished print in their hands seconds later.

It's booked mostly where space is tight: low ceilings, crowded halls, foyers with through traffic. Around 2 × 2 meters including room to move is enough for the setup, and a standard power outlet is all it needs. We bring our own internet connection.

We deliver the mirror to your venue at the agreed time and set it up. In Vienna, delivery, setup and pickup are included in the price; outside Vienna, travel costs apply and are listed transparently in your quote – we work all across Austria.
