Renting a birthday photo booth in Vienna – what you get

Kids' party, 18th birthday or a milestone birthday
Those are three completely different evenings, and they call for different booths:
- Kids' party. The Photobooth Classic explains itself – tap, wait for the countdown, take the print. Children operate it without an adult standing next to them, and every child takes a photo strip home. Dress-up props are included.
- 18th birthday or graduation party. Here what matters is what can be shared: the 360° Ground Spinner produces clips that travel straight from the phone, and the AI photo booth creates images guests have not seen anywhere else.
- Milestone birthday. At a 40th, 50th or 60th there are often three generations in the room. A printed strip works for all of them – including guests who never reach for a smartphone.
Does it fit into a Viennese flat?
Usually, yes. The Photobooth Classic needs about two by two metres including room to move, plus a normal household socket with 230 V – no three-phase power needed. The Magic Mirror needs the same footprint, but 212 cm of ceiling height, because the unit itself is 202 cm tall. For low rooms the Magic iMirror at 180 cm is the better choice. A lift helps if you are not on the ground floor – just tell us the floor and we will sort it out beforehand.
One welcome side effect: a photo station makes no noise. In Vienna the stricter noise standard of the Vienna Events Act applies at night between 10 pm and 6 am – in a courtyard or a residential area, this is the kind of entertainment that never triggers a complaint.
Short notice works too
Birthdays are planned differently from weddings: often only two or three weeks ahead. That usually works. Four to eight weeks' lead time is typical, but there is frequently something available at short notice – just ask and we will tell you straight away whether your date is free. Only a custom print layout needs about a week.
Name, age and theme on the print
We design the print layout, the start screen and the frame to match the party – with a name, a year or a theme. Add props, backdrops from gold to green screen and, if you want, an attendant on site. If the party is a surprise: we deliver at the agreed time and set up in about 30 minutes, including before the guest of honour arrives.
How it runs and what drives the price
The booth runs for up to twelve hours. Running time does not change the price – we charge per event day, not per hour. Within Vienna, delivery, set-up and take-down are included; we work throughout Austria. You get a quote within 24 hours, with no obligation and no deposit. Usually, yes. The Photobooth Classic needs about two by two metres including room to move, plus a normal socket with 230 V. The Magic Mirror additionally needs 212 cm of ceiling height. The 360° video booth, at four by four metres and four metres of ceiling height, is a better fit for a bar or hall – for low rooms the 360° Ground Spinner is the better choice. Anything that can be shared. The 360° video booth and the 360° Ground Spinner produce slow-motion clips that travel from the phone the same evening. If you also want something physical to hold, combine it with the Photobooth Classic and its instant prints.

How do I get the digital photos after the party?
After the event you receive a gallery with every shot. By default the files stay stored for one month, shorter by arrangement. The images are never used for AI training.
