The photo guest book instead of blank pages
At most weddings, the classic guest book stays half empty because nobody knows what to write. A photo station solves that on its own: every photo strip comes out of the printer twice – one goes into the guest's pocket, the second gets glued into the book and captioned. At the end of the night you have a full book of faces instead of three polite sentences. We provide props, pens and adhesive strips. With the Photo Booth Classic, up to 800 photo strips in 5 × 15 cm format are possible in one evening, or alternatively 400 postcard-size prints.
When to book
In Vienna, couples usually register at the civil registry office about six months ahead – that's the latest point at which it also pays to request the photo station. Saturdays in May, August and September are the first dates to go. Four to eight weeks of lead time is still typical, and something is often possible at short notice. Just send us a request and we'll tell you right away whether your date is available. For a print layout in your wedding design, allow about a week of lead time.
Space, ceiling height and power at your venue
Whether it's a palais, a wine tavern, a castle or a rooftop terrace – three details decide which unit fits:
- Floor space. The Photo Booth Classic and the Magic Mirror need about 2 × 2 meters including room to move. The 360° Ground Spinner additionally needs clearance for the rotating camera arm.
- Ceiling height. The Magic Mirror needs 212 cm because the unit is 202 cm tall. The Photo Booth Classic and the Ground Spinner work with normal room height – so even in a vaulted cellar.
- Power. A 230 V standard outlet is enough for every unit. No high-voltage power, no coordination with the building technician. We bring our own internet connection.
How the wedding day goes
We deliver at the agreed time and set up in about 30 minutes – before the champagne reception, not in the middle of it. The station runs for up to twelve hours, so from the reception through the cake cutting to the dance floor. The running time doesn't change the price – we charge per event day, not per hour. After the celebration we pick everything up again, even late at night. In Vienna, delivery, setup and teardown are included in the price; outside Vienna, travel costs are added and listed transparently in the quote – we operate all across Austria. How early should we request a photo booth for our wedding?

What does not affect the price is the running time – we charge per event day, not per hour. In Vienna, delivery, setup and teardown are included; outside Vienna, travel costs are added and listed transparently in the quote. Does it cost more if the photo booth runs longer?
No. The price is per event day, not per hour. Whether the station only opens for the reception or runs from the ceremony to the last dance makes no difference to the quote – up to twelve hours on the event day are possible. Only the on-site attendant is booked by the hour. If you celebrate on two days, say a bachelor or bachelorette party and the wedding, the second day counts as its own event day.
How do the photos become a guest book?
Every shot is printed twice: one strip for the guest, one for the book. We set out the album, pens and adhesive strips next to it – guests glue in their picture and write beside it. At the end of the night you take home a full guest book without anyone having to be nudged.
How much space does the photo station need at the wedding venue?
The Photo Booth Classic gets by with about 2 × 2 meters, as does the Magic Mirror – each including room for guests to move. The 360° Headspinner needs 4 × 4 meters, the 360° Ground Spinner about 2 × 2 meters plus clearance for the rotating camera arm.
Does a photo booth also fit in a palais or a vaulted cellar?
Yes. The Photo Booth Classic, the Magic Mirror and the 360° Ground Spinner work with normal room height. Only the 360° Headspinner needs a 4-meter ceiling – in a low vault, the Ground Spinner is therefore the better choice. Tell us the venue and we'll tell you what fits.
What kind of power connection do you need?
A 230 V standard outlet is enough for every one of our units. No high-voltage power, no coordination with the building technician needed. We bring our own internet connection; the venue's Wi-Fi is a backup at most.
Can we adapt the print layout to our wedding design?
Yes. We design the print layout, start screen and frames in your look – with your names, the date, your typeface or your monogram. Allow about a week of lead time.
How many photos can our guests take in one evening?
With the Photo Booth Classic, up to 800 photo strips in 5 × 15 cm format are possible, or alternatively 400 postcard-size prints. Every shot is printed twice. The 360° Headspinner handles around 100 guests per hour, up to five people at a time.
Will someone from your team be on site during the wedding?
If you like, yes. An on-site attendant can be booked for four to ten hours – one of our team members then stays at the unit, guides guests, reloads paper and keeps everything running. With some units, such as the 360° Headspinner, the attendant is always included.
How do we get the digital photos after the wedding?
After the celebration you receive a gallery with all photos. By default, the data is stored for one month, shorter on request. The images are never used for AI training.
Do you also come to weddings outside Vienna?
Yes, we operate all across Austria – Lower Austria, Burgenland and beyond. In Vienna, delivery, setup and teardown are included in the price; outside Vienna, travel costs are added and listed transparently in the quote.
