Renting a photo booth for a corporate event in Vienna – what you get
The Vienna Chamber of Commerce counts around 40,900 employer businesses with about 602,000 employees in the city (2024 annual average). Almost 78 per cent of them are micro businesses with fewer than ten staff – so most company parties in Vienna are not large productions, they are evenings with 20 to 80 people. We serve both: the Photobooth Classic with instant printing for the evening at a restaurant, the Magic Mirror X for a bigger stage, the photo booth robot that drives up to the tables by itself, and the Photo Mosaic Wall when the pictures of your whole team should grow into one large image.
What a company needs on top
At a private party the idea matters. At a corporate event what matters is that nothing goes wrong – because the person who books it carries that internally. So:
- An invoice to the company, with VAT ID, ready to hand to accounting. The quote comes as a PDF so you can present it internally.
- No deposit. You do not tie up budget before the date is fixed.
- One contact person from the enquiry to the takedown. A reply to your enquiry within 24 hours.
- A flat rate per event day instead of per hour. You do not have to predict when a company party ends.
Your logo on every shot
We design the print layout, the start screen, the frame and, if you want, the cladding of the device in your corporate design. Every print a guest takes home carries your logo – and ends up on a fridge door rather than in a bin. Allow about a week's lead time for the design. At customer events and product launches the station also works as an activation area, with its own backdrop and matching props.
Setup without anyone waiting
We set up in about 30 minutes and can do it while the venue is still being laid out. One standard 230 V socket is enough – no three-phase power, no arrangements with the building's technician. We bring our own internet; the venue's Wi-Fi is a backup at most. The Photobooth Classic and the Magic Mirror need about two by two metres; the photo booth robot additionally needs clear floor space between the tables. We collect everything again afterwards, however late that is.
What happens to the photos
Photos of employees are personal data – and that is where many enquiries stall internally. With us you get a gallery with every shot after the event. By default the data stays stored for one month, less by arrangement. The images are never used to train AI models. If your legal team needs a data processing agreement, or the gallery should not go online at all, tell us when you enquire – both can be arranged.

Common questions
Do we get an invoice to the company?
Yes. First you get a quote as a PDF that you can present internally, and after the event an invoice to the company with VAT ID. We do not ask for a deposit – so you do not tie up budget before the date is fixed.
What does the price for a corporate photo booth depend on?
Four things shape the quote: which device you choose, whether one of us is there to look after it, how much branding and design you want, and where the venue is.
What does not affect the price is the running time – we charge per event day, not per hour. In Vienna, delivery, setup and takedown are included; outside Vienna there is a travel fee, stated transparently in the quote. The quote arrives within 24 hours.
Does it cost more if the station runs longer?
No. The price is per event day, not per hour – up to twelve hours on the event day are possible. At company parties that is the point that makes planning easier: you do not have to predict when the evening ends. Only the on-site attendant is booked by the hour. If your event runs over several days, each further day counts as its own event day.
What happens to photos of our employees?

Can we use our logo and corporate design?
Yes. We design the print layout, start screen, frame and, on request, the cladding of the device in your design. Send us your logo and colour values and we do the rest. Allow about a week's lead time.
Can you set up while the venue is still being prepared?
Yes, that is the normal case. Setup takes about 30 minutes and disturbs nobody – no drilling, no noise, no three-phase power. Just tell us when we can get into the venue and when the first guests arrive.
How much space and what power supply do you need?
The Photobooth Classic and the Magic Mirror need about two by two metres including room for guests to move; the 360° Headspinner four by four metres and four metres of ceiling height. One standard 230 V socket is enough for any device. We bring our own internet.
How many guests can we get through in an hour?
The 360° Headspinner handles around 100 guests per hour, up to five people at a time. With the Photobooth Classic, up to 800 photo strips in one evening are possible, or 400 postcard-size prints – at larger corporate events a second station is worth it so no queue forms.
Is someone from your team there during the event?
On request, yes. An on-site attendant can be booked for four to ten hours – someone from us stays at the device, briefs your guests, reloads paper and keeps things running. With some devices, such as the 360° Headspinner, the attendant is always included. That keeps your own team in conversation rather than at the printer.
Can you cover several days or several locations?
Yes. Multi-day events, roadshows and several locations in a row all work – we operate across Austria. Each day counts as its own event day, and travel is stated transparently in the quote.
How late can we book?
Four to eight weeks ahead is typical, and short notice often still works. December gets tight, when every Christmas party falls into the same two weeks. Just ask and we will tell you straight away whether your date is free.
Do you travel outside Vienna?
Yes, we work across Austria. In Vienna, delivery, setup and takedown are included in the price; outside Vienna there is a travel fee, stated transparently in the quote.
