At a trade fair you have about three seconds in which someone decides whether to stop. A photo station solves exactly that problem: it gives visitors a reason to pause, and it gives your stand team an opening line that is not “May I show you our product?” For that we supply the Photobooth Classic with instant prints, the Magic Mirror X, the AI photo booth with portraits in the look of your brand, or the photo booth robot, which moves through the aisle as a mobile station of its own.
Lead generation is the main reason most exhibitors take part at all – industry surveys find that around 72 percent name it as their primary goal, and they put the average cost per trade fair lead at roughly 100 euros. A photo station works precisely at that point: anyone who wants their picture digitally provides an email address voluntarily – with explicit consent, properly logged, exportable as a list for your CRM. No bowl of business cards, no typed-up scraps of paper.
Because trade fair contacts are personal data, this needs settling in advance: we set up the consent wording to your specification, store the data for one month by default (shorter by arrangement), and never use images for AI training. A data processing agreement is available on request.
On a trade fair stand, space is the scarcest resource. So here are the numbers up front:
Set-up takes about 30 minutes and therefore fits into any build-up window – including the evening before, while stand construction is running anyway. In Vienna we deliver to the major venues such as Messe Wien in Leopoldstadt and the Austria Center Vienna; we work throughout Austria.
We design the print layout, the start screen, the frame and, on request, the cladding of the unit in your corporate design. Every print a visitor takes carries your logo – and it lasts far longer than a brochure that gets binned with the conference bag. Digitally shared images carry the same design onwards. Allow about a week's lead time for the design work.
A trade fair rarely lasts a single day. We charge per event day, not per hour – daily running time does not change the price, and each additional fair day is its own event day. An attendant on site can be booked so your stand team stays in conversation instead of standing at the printer. You have one contact person from enquiry to take-down, receive the quote within 24 hours as a PDF for internal sign-off, and the invoice goes to the company with a VAT ID. We ask for no deposit.
Other company occasions: corporate events overview, the Christmas party, the summer party and the ball. All the proven booths are in the Classic Line, the large installations in the Premium Line.

The Photobooth Classic and the Magic Mirror X need about two by two metres including room to move – that fits an in-line stand from around nine square metres upwards. The 360° Headspinner needs four by four metres and four metres of ceiling height and suits large stands.
Yes. A normal household socket with 230 V covers every unit – no three-phase power needed, no special order from the organiser. We bring our own internet connection, because hall wifi is rarely dependable at a trade fair.
Yes. Set-up takes about 30 minutes, with no drilling and no noise. We come the evening before during stand construction, or on the morning of the fair before doors open – just tell us when you have access to the hall.
Anyone who wants their picture digitally provides an email address voluntarily, with explicit consent and properly logged. You get the contacts as a list to import into your CRM. We set up the consent wording to your specification.
Yes, when it is set up properly – and that is exactly what we go through with you beforehand. Consent before data capture, the purpose clearly stated, data stored for one month by default and shorter by arrangement. Images are never used for AI training. A data processing agreement is available on request.
The 360° Headspinner handles around 100 guests per hour, up to five people at once. The Photobooth Classic manages up to 800 photo strips per day, or 400 prints in postcard format. On busy stands a second station is worth it so no queue forms.
Yes. We design the print layout, the start screen, the frame and, on request, the cladding of the unit in your design. Send us your logo and colour values and we handle the rest. Allow about a week's lead time.
We charge per event day, not per hour – each fair day is its own event day, and daily running time does not change the price. What does shape the quote: which booth you choose, whether one of our team attends, how much branding is involved, and where the fair takes place. Within Vienna, delivery, set-up and take-down are included.
If you want, yes. An attendant on site can be booked for four to ten hours per day – someone from our team stands at the booth, approaches visitors and keeps things running, so your stand team stays in sales conversations. With the 360° Headspinner an attendant is always included.
Yes. First a quote as a PDF for internal sign-off, then after the fair an invoice to the company with a VAT ID. We ask for no deposit.
Yes, we work throughout Austria. Within Vienna, delivery, set-up and take-down are included in the price; outside Vienna a travel fee applies and is stated transparently in the quote.
Four to eight weeks' lead time is typical, and short notice is often still possible. Around major fair dates it gets tight earlier, because many exhibitors need the same window. Just ask and we will tell you straight away whether your date is free.
