Cirque du Fussl: 360° Headspinner at Fussl Fest 2025

Roll up, roll up for Fussl Fest 2025: on 14 June 2025, Austrian fashion retailer Fussl Modestraße invited its employees to a big summer party at its logistics centre in Ort im Innkreis – and the theme could not have been more colourful. Under the motto “Cirque du Fussl”, the hall turned into a circus tent, the entrance into a red carpet and the forecourt into a summer garden with high tables, parasols and two real llamas as the welcome committee. FiestaPics was there with our 360° Headspinner, capturing guests in moving 360° clips all evening long.

A staff party in circus style

From the moment guests arrived, it was obvious nobody had done things by halves. Red-and-white stripes, circus lights, ring decorations and, on the big screen, the custom “Cirque du Fussl” logo. Guests walked a red carpet into the festival hall, llamas waited outside for cuddles and photos, and inside there were long banquet tables, a stage with a show programme and, later in the evening, a laser show.

For us, that meant our station had to fit seamlessly into this world rather than stand out as a foreign object. We designed the whole setup around it – from the lighting and the props to the overlay on every single video.

The 360° Headspinner as a circus ring

With our 360° Headspinner, it is not the floor that turns but the camera: an overhead arm circles the guests once and films them from every angle. Because there is no platform and no step, everyone stands at floor level – perfect for a party where groups form spontaneously, hold a glass in their hand and simply want to celebrate. Up to five people fit at once, and a recording takes just a few seconds.

We lit the arch with coloured LED tubes and placed a round red carpet underneath, like a small circus ring. Next to it stood a props table with top hats, masks and circus accessories. That way every clip matched the theme without anyone needing a full costume – one top hat on, and you were standing in the middle of the ring.

Live playback and branded clips

Right next to the arch, a large screen played every finished clip immediately after recording. That has a nice side effect: anyone walking past instantly sees what is happening – and joins the queue. At a large party where guests spread out between the garden, the banquet tables and the stage, a screen like this is the best signpost there is.

Every clip received its own overlay in Fussl design with the lettering “Cirque du Fussl – Fussl Fest 2025”. At the Sharing Station, guests picked up their video via QR code straight to their phones, with no waiting. Groups, couples and solo guests all took their turn – in top hats, striking big poses or mid-dance.

Why 360° videos work so well at a staff party

A staff party brings together people who often only know each other from the corridor or from emails. The Headspinner quickly becomes a meeting point: you bring along colleagues from your own team, then the ones from the department next door, and before long groups are standing under the arch who had barely met before.

Then there is the reach after the party. The clips land in group chats and stories the very same evening – and the Fussl overlay goes with them. That keeps the party visible long after the circus lights have gone out.

Setting up with time to spare

The 360° Headspinner needs considerably more set-up time than most other event devices. That is why we were on site in the morning, calmly installing and testing the arch, camera arm, lighting and playback screen while decorating continued all around us. When the first guests arrived, everything was running – including the finished overlay and the Sharing Station.

For a summer party in a large hall, the Headspinner is exactly right: it needs about four by four metres of floor space and enough ceiling height, plus a standard household socket. We bring our own internet, and one of our trained staff looks after the station all evening.

What this party showed

Fussl Fest 2025 was a great example of how much a well-thought-out theme adds to a corporate event. When decorations, programme and photo station tell one shared story, a staff party becomes an experience people are still talking about weeks later. Our Headspinner played two roles: a meeting point for colleagues from every department – and a memory machine that captured every laugh.
