TEDAI Vienna 2025: AI Photo Booth Robot LUNA at the Hofburg Vienna

When the international AI community gathers in Vienna, it needs a highlight that makes artificial intelligence tangible. At TEDAI Vienna 2025 on 26 September 2025 at the Hofburg Vienna, FiestaPics was there with our AI photo booth robot LUNA – and showed how well AI and real human encounters go together.

An AI conference in a historic setting

It was clear before even stepping inside that something special was happening: TEDAI Vienna banners on the illuminated facade of the Hofburg, and inside a bright hall with crystal chandeliers, tall windows and atmospheric blue and violet lighting.

Right in this contrast between imperial architecture and future technology, LUNA found her spot. Placed in the middle of the lounge area, between sofas and high tables, she was visible to every guest – and quickly became the meeting point of the evening.

• Let the AI work: While the AI is processing, playful status messages such as "AI is squinting at your drawing" or "Telling Van Gogh to hold your juice box" get the queue laughing.
• Take it home: The finished image appears on the display, is printed instantly and can also be downloaded to the guest's phone.

Our team was on site the entire time, accompanying guests, answering questions about the technology and making sure LUNA ran without interruption.

Many guests even came back a second or third time during the evening to try a different style or to bring new contacts into the picture.
