BAT Trafikanten Award 2024: Photo Booth and Photo Mosaic Wall at the Zentrum für Visionen
On 14 September 2024, BAT Austria invited the country's tobacconists to the BAT Trafikanten Award 2024 at the Zentrum für Visionen. FiestaPics was there with a Classic photo booth and a Photo Mosaic Wall – here is our look back at an evening in blue.
An award night in blue
The direction was clear the moment guests entered the hall: blue light, moving heads along the stage, the award logo on the LED walls and long rows of tables for the gala dinner. The venue carried the staging – and an event of this size needs stations where guests can meet between programme items and take something personal home.
The photo booth in the foyer
Our photo booth stood in the foyer, right next to the cloakroom – where every guest walks past. Its start screen was designed in the look of the award, so the station matched the rest of the evening. The first photo of the night was taken quickly, and small groups kept forming afterwards: colleagues in evening wear talking each other into joining.
The Classic photo booth works with a DSLR camera and studio flash and delivers photos with instant printing. For gala evenings that is an advantage: guests hold their memory in their hands straight away, and the host's branding is visible on every photo.
From many photos to one picture
The second highlight was the Photo Mosaic Wall. The photos from the booth grew live on the LED wall into one large picture – here with the slogan “A Better Tomorrow”. The more guests took part, the more complete the motif became. That is the appeal: every guest is part of the picture and can watch their photo appear in the mosaic.
What a gala needs
At an evening with a fixed programme, the technology has to work in the background. Setup before doors open, operation without waiting times, a motif in the host's corporate design and teardown after the event – so the client's team can stay with their guests. That is exactly what our stations are built for.
Photo stations for your corporate event
Whether award gala, anniversary or staff party: with a photo booth and a mosaic wall, the evening becomes a shared experience. You can find more on our page for corporate events. If you want to get oriented first, the Classic Line shows our proven photo booths and the Premium Line the larger installations such as the Mosaic Wall. Just send us the date, location and number of guests – we will come back with a suggestion.
