karriere.at All Hands: A 3D Photo Mosaic Wall Shaped Like the Norika Logo at Village Cinema Vienna

All Hands at the cinema: when the team builds its own logo
On 14 September 2026, karriere.at invited its employees to an All Hands meeting at Village Cinema Wien Mitte in Vienna. Instead of movie trailers, the team itself took centre stage – together with an interactive highlight that grew throughout the day: a 3D Photo Mosaic Wall shaped like a three-dimensional letter “N”, around two metres tall. The “N” is the logo of the norika group, which karriere.at is part of.
The motto was displayed on an easel right next to the letter: “Together, we complete the picture.” That was exactly the point. Everyone who stepped in front of the camera became part of the logo.
The idea: a 3D letter as a mosaic of portraits
A photo mosaic is usually built on a flat board. For karriere.at we went one step further: the mosaic was stuck directly onto a free-standing 3D letter made of black styrofoam – roughly 2 × 1.8 metres and 30 centimetres deep. The front offered space for around 240 square photo tiles measuring 102 × 102 millimetres.
The design followed the norika branding consistently. Each person was automatically cut out, converted to black and white and placed on a black or light blue digital background. The many individual portraits formed a calm, graphic checkerboard pattern – and, seen from a distance, the logo.
The challenge: most guests in around 40 minutes
The biggest challenge of the day was time. In the photo window before the programme in the cinema hall, most guests had to be photographed in just around 40 minutes – and every one of those photos was also needed as a tile for the mosaic. A single photo booth could never have handled that.
That is why we ran four Fotobox Classic photo booths in parallel. Four booths side by side mean four times the capacity: short waiting times, a smooth flow and enough portraits for the Photo Mosaic Wall to grow visibly even in this first phase.
How the interactive station worked
The process was deliberately simple and explained on a sign next to the letter:
- Take a photo at one of the four photo booths.
- Pick up your printed photo.
- Stick your photo onto the norika logo.
Every guest received two prints: one photo to take home and one tile for the mosaic. Each tile had its own fixed position, so the overall picture came together piece by piece.
A day in two stages
We started setting up at 10 am in the cinema foyer, right in front of the screening rooms. Most portraits were taken in that first photo window before the programme, so the “N” got a lot of faces very quickly. While the official programme was running in the cinema hall, we moved the letter and the photo booths up to the second floor – where the event continued afterwards.
From 4 pm things picked up again: standing tables, the four Fotobox Classic booths in a row and the growing mosaic right next to them. Our team helped with sticking the tiles, sorted prints and kept track of which spots were still empty. By around 5:30 pm the norika logo was complete.
Thanks to the black-and-white cut-outs, all portraits looked consistent – no matter whether someone wore a shirt, a hoodie, a cap or glasses. This uniform look is what made the logo so easy to recognise, even though it is made up of many different people.
Why this concept works so well at corporate events
An All Hands is meant to bring people together – teams, departments, new and long-standing colleagues. A Photo Mosaic Wall makes exactly that visible:
- Everyone counts: the logo is only complete once all portraits are in place.
- A meeting point in the room: people gather around the mosaic to find their own photo and those of their colleagues.
- Branding that feels natural: the logo is not simply put on display – it is built together.
- Double value: guests help create the big picture and still take their own photo home.
Organisation and logistics at the cinema
A cinema is a special venue: several floors, long walkways and a fixed schedule for the screening rooms. The 3D letter was delivered directly to Village Cinema in the morning, and we planned the move to the second floor into the schedule from the very beginning. Plenty of power sockets and our own internet connection meant the photo booths were up and running again quickly at both locations.

A Photo Mosaic Wall for your corporate event
Whether it is an All Hands, a company anniversary, a kick-off or a trade fair: a Photo Mosaic Wall works wherever you want to create a shared result. The motif is completely up to you – your company logo, a campaign visual or, as with karriere.at, even a three-dimensional letter. Combined with one or more Fotobox Classic photo booths, your guests also get a photo to take home – and with a tight schedule, several booths in parallel make sure everyone still gets into the picture.
Planning a corporate event and looking for a way to bring your team together like this? We take care of the motif, the photo booths, printing and on-site support – your guests just need to smile and stick. The FiestaPics team will be happy to advise you on the right options for your event.
